In every corner of my garden, there is something happening right now. I just love it.
In one area I have a small herb garden. It is just outside the kitchen door so I can easily snip some herbs while cooking. My chives sprout early in the spring and I start to cook with them as soon as possible, but when they finally bloom, I use them for more than just cooking.
When blooming, I like to use the flowers not only as a garnish,

but also in a vase. An herb bouquet is perfect in the kitchen as it adds a beautiful scent as well as colour.
