One Pan Pasta ( Only One Pan)!

A delicious pasta with sauce in one pan? How is this possible?

I came across this dish while browsing some of my favourite blogs not to long ago and saved it to my recipes on pinterest. ( You can check out some of my other saved recipes on my pinterest board here.) It is from lottieanddoof , one of the fun food blogs that I follow.

I love a simple, yet tasty pasta dish with a light tomato sauce any day. And although this one didn't have a lot of 'sauce' , it was creamy and delish!

What is really cool is that all the ingredients go into one large pan. I was definitely skeptical and had to give it a try.

It was excellent, especially now with our fresh crop of tomatoes.

A few notes, I cooked mine a bit longer than 10 minutes - closer to 15 minutes. I turned the heat down towards the end to let the sauce thicken up a bit. And next time , I would add a few more tomatoes and perhaps a splash of white wine and a few capers.
