Resolution #7 - Health and Beauty - Focus on Oral Health
I have good teeth, according to my dentist, and follow a fairly good dental regime. However, I know I can do better. Although I brush my teeth twice a day with an electric tooth brush, I admit that I don't floss as often as I should.
A few years ago I was fitted for teeth whitening trays. I used them daily for 2 weeks and achieved a nice white smile. Over time, however, my white teeth seemed to have faded. At my last dental examine, I purchased a few tubes of the whitening gel. They sit in my drawer untouched. This week I will use them to freshen up my smile.
And finally, I will start to wear my night guard again. I grind my teeth at night which can cause tiny cracks and can weaken teeth. My night guard protects my teeth from grinding wear and tear - enough said.
So this 7th resolution should be easy to stick to as well as benefit my health.
Resolution #6 - Happiness - Read a Book
Unfortunately, I didn't do so well on this resolution. In fact I haven't even started the book. :(
I will resolve to start it on my next business trip at the end of April.
